U.S. Navy Lt. Cmdr. The training event consisted of Marines patrolling, taking simulated casualties, and simulated lifesaving surgery. UNITAS develops and sustains relationships that improve the capacity of our reemerging and enduring maritime partners to achieve common objectives.
