Marines of Marine Forces Reserve are participating in WTI 1-18 during their annual training to increase their proficiency with the High Mobility Artillery Rocket System and to build experience using HIMARS to fire Guided Multiple Launch Rocket System rockets, advancing their combat effectiveness and readiness for future exercises and deployments.

Toys for Tots sets out to Utqiaġvik

A U.S. Marine Corps KC-130J Super Hercules lands on an airfield to transport service members, their gear, and snowmobiles to Utqiagvik, Alaska in Kotzebue, Alaska, Dec. 13, 2024. Marines with Company D, 4th Law Enforcement Battalion, Force Headquarters Group, Marine Forces Reserve, and Marine Aerial Refueler Transport Squadron 153, Marine Aircraft Group 24, 1st Marine Aircraft Wing, joined by Airmen flew from Kotzebue to Utqiagvik, Alaska to continue this year’s Toys for Tots operation.
