U.S. Marine Corps Brig. Gen. Valerie A. Jackson, right, commanding general of 4th Marine Logistics Group, Marine Forces Reserve and First Lady of the United States, Dr. Jill Biden, address guests during a Toys for Tots event hosted at the White House, Washington D.C., Dec. 6, 2023.
