U.S. Marine Aircraft Group 41 Senior Leaders Visit Subordinate Units during Atlantic Alliance 25
U.S. Marine Corps Col. Bradley Fessler, Sgt. Maj. John Tacopino and an accompanying party travel to subordinate units to get status updates on MAG-41’s Reserve Marines contributing to Atlantic Alliance 25, July 6, 2025. Unit commanders and senior enlisted advisors regularly check in with Marines under their charge to discuss retention and career opportunities that support both the Marine Corps mission and the individual’s professional growth. These interactions also allow senior leaders to maintain direct contact with junior enlisted ranks, strengthening unit cohesion and mentorship. (U.S. Marine Corps photos by Sgt. Yazid Sakran)
