MARADMIN 326/15 - Marine administrative message 326/15 announces that corporals who accept a 12-month drilling obligation with a Select Marine Corps Reserve unit are eligible to receive up to 60 additional points toward their composite score for promotion. 

This new incentive is a recruiting tool that encourages corporals currently serving in the active component or the Inactive Ready Reserve to join a unit in the SMCR. It also aims to retain qualified corporals currently serving in the SMCR.
