            Marine administrative message 396/15 announces changes to Marine Corps Order 1900.16 Separation and Retirement manual.

Changes to the MCO provide new guidance on involuntary separation in lieu of trial by court martial, procedures for notifying the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services of naturalized citizen and non-citizen Marines discharged from the Marine Corps and officer entitlement to separation pay.

            In addition, the paragraph on post-traumatic stress disorder or traumatic brain injury evaluations for separation health physical examinations has been rewritten.
