Sgt. Maj. William F. Fitzgerald III receives the 4th Marine Aircraft Wing sword of office from Brig. Gen. William T. Collins during the 4th MAW relief and appointment ceremony April 14, 2013 at the Marine Corps Support Facility New Orleans.
