Remembering Those Who Serve
Sgt. Maj. Anthony A. Spadaro, sergeant major of Marine Forces Reserve and Marine Forces North, greets veterans at the National World War II Museum in New Orleans during a Veterans Day Ceremony, Nov. 11, 2015. Service members and civilians took part in the ceremony to remember those who fought in battles past, and to recognize those who are fighting today. Veterans Day was first celebrated Nov. 11, 1954, to honor veterans who served in all wars.
