The National Football League’s “Salute to Service” highlighted the Marine Forces Reserve Centennial during the 49ers’ game against the New Orleans Saints, Nov. 6, 2016. Today, approximately 500 Reserve Marines are providing fully integrated operational support to Fleet and Combatant Commanders around the world.
