Marines participate in MAI course

Zachary Hilko, an aviation supply chief, both with Marine Aircraft Group 49, 4th Marine Aircraft Wing, Marine Forces Reserve, while he executes a counter utilizing a mokuju bayonet trainer during Martial Arts Instructor Course 1-19 at Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base New Orleans on May 22, 2019. Marines use mokujus during martial arts training to simulate using a rifle with a bayonet in combat.
