U.S. Marine Corps Maj. Erme I. Albayrak, operations officer, with Headquarters Battalion, Marine Forces Reserve, finishes a Total Force Fitness event at Marine Corps Support Facility New Orleans, Sept. 11, 2019. This was part of a MARFORRES Total Force Fitness event inspired by the 18th anniversary of 9/11 and the efforts of the first responders at the World Trade Center. The exercise consisted of Marines ascending and descending a five story stairwell 11 times, resulting in a total of 110 stories, which is equivalent to the height of the World Trade Center.
