Col. Gerald Graham, the 4th Marine Aircraft Wing chief of staff, accepts the Admiral James S. Russell Naval Aviation Flight Safety Award from Lt. Gen. Nicholas Kehoe, USAF (ret.), the national commander of the Order of the Daedalians, during an award ceremony on Nov. 13, 2020 at Marine Corps Support Facility New Orleans.
