Brig. Gen. James S. Hartsell and Maj. Gen. James M. Lariviere march the formation line during the 4th Marine Division change of command ceremony at the Marine Corps Support Facility New Orleans, Sept. 8. During the march, the generals inspected and reviewed their troops that stood in formation. Lariviere will serve at the Pentagon after two and a half years of leading 4th MarDiv.
