Harris, a Marine Forces Reserve Career Planner passes out screening forms to change occupations to the Marines of Company D, Anti-Terrorism Battalion, 4th Marine Division, in Billings, Mont., Oct. 20, 2012. Company D, an infantry company is being transformed into a military police company and Harris was there as part of a Personnel Transition Team, assembled to help Marines make informed career choices as to how they can continue to serve in the Corps.
