U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Alexander Granja, administration specialist with the Installation Personnel Administration Center, at Marine Forces Reserve, listens to a speech about 9/11 after a Total Force Fitness event at Marine Corps Support Facility New Orleans, Sept. 11, 2019. This was part of a MARFORRES Total Force Fitness event inspired by the 18th anniversary of 9/11 and the efforts of the first responders at the World Trade Center. The exercise consisted of Marines ascending and descending a five story stairwell 11 times, resulting in a total of 110 stories, which is equivalent to the height of the World Trade Center.
