Heller the director of Marine Forces Reserve Installation Personnel Administration Center (IPAC) congratulates the Marines and civilians from IPAC on becoming the Marine Corps’ IPAC of the year, 2021, at Marine Corps Support Facility New Orleans, July 7, 2022. The IPAC was selected from a field of highly qualified administration centers, nominated by commanding generals across the force, because of their exceptional efforts within the command. They provided support to more than 70,000 Marines, civilians, and their families spread throughout the world.
