Reserve Marines from 14th Marine Regiment, 4th Marine Division participate in Exercise Dynamic Front 19 in Latvia from March 2-9, 2019. Exercise DF19 is a multinational exercise conducted by the U.S. Army in Europe that is designed to improve allied and partner nation ability to deliver long-range fires capabilities. Approximately 3,200 participants from 29 nations are taking part in the live-fire portion of the exercise, which is designed to increase readiness, lethality, and interoperability by integrating joint fires in a multinational environment at both the operational and tactical levels.

Integration of Reserve female Marines to select Reserve units
Effective immediately, female Marines in grades E6 through E7 and O1 through O3, and female naval medical officers, chaplains and hospital corpsmen of the same grades, may be affiliated or assigned to select billets in certain 4th Marine Division and Force Headquarters Group units.
