Reserve Marines from 14th Marine Regiment, 4th Marine Division participate in Exercise Dynamic Front 19 in Latvia from March 2-9, 2019. Exercise DF19 is a multinational exercise conducted by the U.S. Army in Europe that is designed to improve allied and partner nation ability to deliver long-range fires capabilities. Approximately 3,200 participants from 29 nations are taking part in the live-fire portion of the exercise, which is designed to increase readiness, lethality, and interoperability by integrating joint fires in a multinational environment at both the operational and tactical levels.

Young Corporal Follows Dream of Leading Marines
Cpl. Michael Kean, a landing support specialist with Combat Logistics Regiment 45, is considered an “outstanding Marine” by his superiors and respected by his peers because of his commitment to working above and beyond his required duties and ability to lead the Marines under his charge throughout his career and during Integrated Training Exercise 4-14. ITX 4-14 is a cornerstone of the Marine Air-Ground Task Force Training Program and is the largest annual Marine Corps Reserve training exercise that helps sharpen skills for Reserve units.
