Reserve Marines from 14th Marine Regiment, 4th Marine Division participate in Exercise Dynamic Front 19 in Latvia from March 2-9, 2019. Exercise DF19 is a multinational exercise conducted by the U.S. Army in Europe that is designed to improve allied and partner nation ability to deliver long-range fires capabilities. Approximately 3,200 participants from 29 nations are taking part in the live-fire portion of the exercise, which is designed to increase readiness, lethality, and interoperability by integrating joint fires in a multinational environment at both the operational and tactical levels.

Marines, community members and officers with the New Orleans Police Department pose for a photo outside of The Village at Federal City, New Orleans, Oct. 17, 2017. “A Night Out Against Crime” is a yearly event in which Marines and police officers within the NOPD bring together community members to raise awareness of police officer presence. The event involved military and civilian officers allowing children to sit in a patrol vehicle, a pumpkin-patch dash, a prize drawing and free concession snacks for all those in attendance.
