Reserve Marines from 14th Marine Regiment, 4th Marine Division participate in Exercise Dynamic Front 19 in Latvia from March 2-9, 2019. Exercise DF19 is a multinational exercise conducted by the U.S. Army in Europe that is designed to improve allied and partner nation ability to deliver long-range fires capabilities. Approximately 3,200 participants from 29 nations are taking part in the live-fire portion of the exercise, which is designed to increase readiness, lethality, and interoperability by integrating joint fires in a multinational environment at both the operational and tactical levels.

Marines with 4th Combat Engineer Battalion, 4th Marine Division, 4th Tank Battalion, 4th MarDiv, and 4th Assault Amphibious Vehicle Battalion, 4th MarDiv, stage their M1A1 Abrams main battle tanks, Assault Amphibious Vehicles and Assault Breacher Vehicles for a second evolution of an obstacle clearing detachment practical application, during Integrated Training Exercise 4-18, aboard Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center Twentynine Palms, California, June 12, 2018. The OCD training was conducted to prepare Marines for the execution of a live-fire combined arms breach in which mechanized units will detonate a 1,000 pound mine clearing charge.
