Reserve Marines from 14th Marine Regiment, 4th Marine Division participate in Exercise Dynamic Front 19 in Latvia from March 2-9, 2019. Exercise DF19 is a multinational exercise conducted by the U.S. Army in Europe that is designed to improve allied and partner nation ability to deliver long-range fires capabilities. Approximately 3,200 participants from 29 nations are taking part in the live-fire portion of the exercise, which is designed to increase readiness, lethality, and interoperability by integrating joint fires in a multinational environment at both the operational and tactical levels.

Marines with Martial Arts Instructor Course 1-19 conduct a 3-mile run
U.S. Marine Corps Cpl. Logan Harris, an airframes mechanic with Marine Aircraft Group 49, 4th Marine Aircraft Wing, Marine Forces Reserve, participates in a 3-mile run at Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base New Orleans on May 15, 2019. The students were required to carry ammo cans and mokuju bayonet trainers throughout the entire run and for each obstacle.
