Reserve Marines from 14th Marine Regiment, 4th Marine Division participate in Exercise Dynamic Front 19 in Latvia from March 2-9, 2019. Exercise DF19 is a multinational exercise conducted by the U.S. Army in Europe that is designed to improve allied and partner nation ability to deliver long-range fires capabilities. Approximately 3,200 participants from 29 nations are taking part in the live-fire portion of the exercise, which is designed to increase readiness, lethality, and interoperability by integrating joint fires in a multinational environment at both the operational and tactical levels.

U.S. Marines and Sailor with Marine Forces Reserve bow their heads in silence, in remembrance of 9/11 after a Total Force Fitness event at Marine Corps Support Facility New Orleans, Sept. 11, 2019. This was part of a MARFORRES Total Force Fitness event inspired by the 18th anniversary of 9/11 and the efforts of the first responders at the World Trade Center. The exercise consisted of Marines ascending and descending a five story stairwell 11 times, resulting in a total of 110 stories, which is equivalent to the height of the World Trade Center.
