Reserve Marines from 14th Marine Regiment, 4th Marine Division participate in Exercise Dynamic Front 19 in Latvia from March 2-9, 2019. Exercise DF19 is a multinational exercise conducted by the U.S. Army in Europe that is designed to improve allied and partner nation ability to deliver long-range fires capabilities. Approximately 3,200 participants from 29 nations are taking part in the live-fire portion of the exercise, which is designed to increase readiness, lethality, and interoperability by integrating joint fires in a multinational environment at both the operational and tactical levels.

Toys For Tots Safety FEX
U.S. Marines with Detachment D Company, 4th Law Enforcement Battalion, Force Headquarters Group, Marine Forces Reserve, hike in snowshoes, Jim Creek, Alaska, Nov. 19, 2024. The Marines hiked in snowshoes while conducting cold-weather safety training to prepare for upcoming Toys for Tots events. The Marines’ participation in this training prepares them to operate in harsh-weather conditions above the arctic circle, familiarizing themselves with survival techniques, snowmobile operation and the daily tasks they will conduct during the Toys for Tots mission.
