NEW ORLEANS - Lt. Gen. Richard P. Mills, (head of table) commander of Marine Forces Reserve and Marine Forces North, attends a Matlab Hurricane Decision Simulator brief, June 11, 2015, aboard Marine Corps Support Facility New Orleans. The simulator gives commanders the ability to train for natural disasters, such as hurricanes, giving them the immediate outcome of decisions they could have to make before, during and after a natural disaster.
