ABOUT

Integrated Training Exercise (ITX) 4-19 is a live-fire and maneuver combined arms exercise designed to train battalion and squadron-sized units in tactics, techniques, and procedures required to provide a sustainable and ready operational reserve for employment across the full spectrum of crisis and global engagement.

ITX 4-19 is an essential component of the MARFORRES training and readiness cycle.  It serves as the principal exercise for assessing a unit's capabilities.

Faces of the Force: Lt. Col. Brietta Larmon
Lt. Col. Brietta Larmon, assistant chief of staff for the G-1, 4th Marine Aircraft Wing, and a CH-53E Super Stallion helicopter pilot, flies a CH-53E during her deployment with Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force – Southern Command in 2016. Larmon, began her Marine Corps career in 1999 on the active duty side, and later transferred to the Reserves in 2006. Her current billet is an active-reserve position and she hopes to have many more years working side-by-side with her fellow Marines.
