ABOUT

Integrated Training Exercise (ITX) 4-19 is a live-fire and maneuver combined arms exercise designed to train battalion and squadron-sized units in tactics, techniques, and procedures required to provide a sustainable and ready operational reserve for employment across the full spectrum of crisis and global engagement.

ITX 4-19 is an essential component of the MARFORRES training and readiness cycle.  It serves as the principal exercise for assessing a unit's capabilities.

Marine Corps' support at the funeral service of Vincent Liberto Jr.
A U.S. Marine presents a ceremonially-folded American flag to U.S. Marine Corps Lt. Gen. David G. Bellon, commander of Marine Forces Reserve and Marine Forces North, during the funeral of Vincent Liberto Jr., in Mandeville, La., Sept. 27, 2019. Liberto was a Captain with the Mandeville Police Department and was shot and killed in the line-of-duty, Sept. 20, 2019. Liberto previously served 10 years in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve before being honorably discharged as a sergeant. Funeral support is one of the many services Marines provide in communities across the country.
