Maple Resolve is an annual exercise, 3-week multinational simulated war, hosted by the Canadian Army bringing NATO allies together from across the world to share and learn tactics while strengthening foreign military ties.

 

Congressional Gold Medal

Turner posthumously received the Congressional Gold Medal, awarded to all Montford Point Marines. Many Montford Point Marines were leaders in the American civil rights movement. Their legacy in the Marine Corps engineered social and cultural changes which created a lasting impact and has greatly contributed to the success of the Marine Corps today.
