Maple Resolve

ABOUT

Maple Resolve is an annual exercise, 3-week multinational simulated war, hosted by the Canadian Army bringing NATO allies together from across the world to share and learn tactics while strengthening foreign military ties.

 

Fire Support Coordination Exercise
A Bell AH-1 Super Cobra with Marine Light Helicopter Squadron 773, Marine Aircraft Group 49, 4th Marine Aircraft Wing, Marine Forces Reserve, provides close air support to Marines with 2nd Battalion, 24th Marine Regiment, 4th Marine Division, MARFORRES, during the Fire Support Coordination Exercise, a training event during Integrated Training Exercise 4-17 at Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center, Twentynine Palms, California on June 26th, 2017. ITX is the largest annual Marine Forces Reserve training exercise, bringing together over 5,000 Marines from across the United States to prepare battalion and squadron-sized units for combat, under the most realistic conditions possible.
