4th Reconnaissance Marines support rescue efforts in wake of Hurricane Harvey

WEST ORANGE, Texas – U.S. Marine Corps 1st Sgt. John Herrera, a parachute rigger with Charlie Company, 4th Reconnaissance Battalion, 4th Marine Division, Marine Forces Reserve, wades through waist deep flood water in order to complete an emergency evacuation call in West Orange, Texas, Sept. 1, 2017.
