Maple Resolve

ABOUT

Maple Resolve is an annual exercise, 3-week multinational simulated war, hosted by the Canadian Army bringing NATO allies together from across the world to share and learn tactics while strengthening foreign military ties.

Gunnery Sgt. Kristopher Oliver, a foreign security forces advisor with Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force - Southern Command, fires upon advancing forces using simulated ammunition, or paint rounds, during a field exercise at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, May 7, 2020. The Marines train and perform a variety of infantry skill evaluations during the field exercise to help sharpen their overall capabilities. These training events assist the Marines and Sailors when working alongside partner nations in Latin America and the Caribbean with crisis response preparedness, security cooperation training, and engineering projects.
