Stutya Bista, an administrative specialist with Marine Corps Individual Reserve Support Activity, Force Headquarters Group, Marine Forces Reserve, assists Marines in the Individual Ready Reserve (IRR) during the medical audit process of an IRR Muster, Manhattan Beach, California, Jan. 21, 2023.
