Maple Resolve is an annual exercise, 3-week multinational simulated war, hosted by the Canadian Army bringing NATO allies together from across the world to share and learn tactics while strengthening foreign military ties.

Jimmy Cosby Jr., the pay deck staff noncommissioned officer for the Marine Forces Reserve disbursing office, takes a stroll with a full cart of toys Nov. 4 at the Toys R Us in Metairie, La. The Metairie location sponsored the $1,400 shopping spree for MarForRes, in which Marines bought three carts of toys for the Toys for Tots program.
