From Jun to Dec 2020, SPMAGTF-SC 20, in coordination with Partner Nations and US Government entities, forward deploys to execute opportune maritime engagements, theater security cooperation, and foreign humanitarian assistance in the SOUTHCOM AOR to increase interoperability between U.S. and select partner naval forces, build a more lethal force, and increase PN ability to export security.  BPT support limited crisis response.

Marines with Bravo Company, 1st Battalion, 23rd Marine Regiment, 4th Marine Division, Marine Forces Reserve, shoot down range during the live fire company attacks during the 2015 integrated training exercise at Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center Twentynine Palms, California, June 13, 2015. The exercise consisted of a series of combined shooting, fire maneuver and movement in which Marines simulated an encounter and fire suppression against hostile enemies.
