Senior leaders from across Marine Forces Reserve work on untangling themselves while participating in an exercise during the Senior Leadership Workshop at Marine Corps Support Facility New Orleans, Jan. 23-26, 2017. The Marines and Sailors participated in multiple exercises and discussions that address differences in leadership styles, perspectives, experiences, backgrounds and more.
