From Jun to Dec 2020, SPMAGTF-SC 20, in coordination with Partner Nations and US Government entities, forward deploys to execute opportune maritime engagements, theater security cooperation, and foreign humanitarian assistance in the SOUTHCOM AOR to increase interoperability between U.S. and select partner naval forces, build a more lethal force, and increase PN ability to export security.  BPT support limited crisis response.

A training area terrain model is located center room at the Tactical Training Control Exercise Group Battle Simulation Center on June 19th, 2017, as U.S. Marines with 2nd battalion, 25 Marines, 4th Marine Division, Marine Forces Reserve, prepare for the final training sequence of Integrated Training Exercise 4-17, Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center Twentynine Palms, California. ITX 4-17 is a live-fire and maneuver combined arms exercise designed to train battalion and squadron-sized units in the tactics, techniques, and procedures required to provide a sustainable and ready operational reserve for employment across the full spectrum of crisis and global engagement.
