ABOUT 

Heavy Equipment Operators and other Engineer support Marines will work with repair and maintain the Camp Carter camping site, which is owned and operated by the local YMCA chapter. Both MAW and MLG units are supporting with separate rotations.

The New Orleans Chef’s Salute to our Armed Forces has been hosted for five years, showcasing local chefs’ military appreciation by serving them specialty entrees and recognizing the enlisted service members of the year for each respective branch of the U.S. armed forces.
