Heavy Equipment Operators and other Engineer support Marines will work with repair and maintain the Camp Carter camping site, which is owned and operated by the local YMCA chapter. Both MAW and MLG units are supporting with separate rotations.

Burns served in the Marine Corps from 1955-1957 and was remembered by his family, friends and colleagues during the ceremony. Marine Forces Reserve performed 91 percent of all funeral honors rendered by the Marine Corps in calendar year 2015 and continues to provide timely and professional support to veterans.
