Heavy Equipment Operators and other Engineer support Marines will work with repair and maintain the Camp Carter camping site, which is owned and operated by the local YMCA chapter. Both MAW and MLG units are supporting with separate rotations.

Barrow, cut a cake for the Marine Corps Birthday after of a wreath laying ceremony for Barrow’s father Gen. Robert Barrow, the 27th Commandant of the Marine Corps in St. Francisville, L.A., Nov. 10, 2024. Barrow was the first Marine Corps commandant to be buried at his hometown and not in Arlington National Cemetery.
