Innovative Readiness Training Kodiak Care - 21

ABOUT 

The United States Department of Defense Arctic Care Innovative Readiness Training (IRT) Program in partnership, with the Kodiak Area Native Association, will present “Arctic Care 2021”, a no-cost medical, dental, optometry and veterinary services program to the communities on Kodiak Island from May 5-13, 2021.  Arctic Care provides training opportunities to military units while providing incidental benefit to communities via no-cost healthcare.  The healthcare services will be tailored to the individual needs of each rural community.

Marine takes charge, earns Silver Star

Booker, sergeant major of MARFORRES and MARFORNORTH, gather inside the Staff Sgt. Allan K. Walker building aboard Marine Corps Recruit Depot, San Diego, Jan. 31, 2013. The building and shadow box behind them were constructed in honor of Walker, who was killed in Ramadi, Iraq, in 2004.
