Innovative Readiness Training Kodiak Care - 21

ABOUT 

The United States Department of Defense Arctic Care Innovative Readiness Training (IRT) Program in partnership, with the Kodiak Area Native Association, will present “Arctic Care 2021”, a no-cost medical, dental, optometry and veterinary services program to the communities on Kodiak Island from May 5-13, 2021.  Arctic Care provides training opportunities to military units while providing incidental benefit to communities via no-cost healthcare.  The healthcare services will be tailored to the individual needs of each rural community.

Marine officer reflects, brings basketball opportunities
The Marine Corps color guard opened the 2013 All-American high school game at New Orleans Arena here, April 6, as a part of the Women Basketball Coaches Association Conference. Staff Sgt. Tyrone Hendrickson lead Sgts. Jerry West, Josue Castillo, and Colbert Jackson on the team from Marine Corps Recruiting Station, Baton Rouge.
