Innovative Readiness Training Kodiak Care - 21

ABOUT 

The United States Department of Defense Arctic Care Innovative Readiness Training (IRT) Program in partnership, with the Kodiak Area Native Association, will present “Arctic Care 2021”, a no-cost medical, dental, optometry and veterinary services program to the communities on Kodiak Island from May 5-13, 2021.  Arctic Care provides training opportunities to military units while providing incidental benefit to communities via no-cost healthcare.  The healthcare services will be tailored to the individual needs of each rural community.

The Sounds of Music: City of Music hosts historic concert
Hundreds watch and listen as Chief Warrant Officer 2 Bryan Sherlock, Marine Forces Reserve Band New Orleans officer-in-charge, conducts at the Great Lawn in New Orleans City Park, during the “Swing in the Oaks,” Louisiana Philharmonic Orchestra and MFR Band New Orleans concert, April 25. This historic concert was the first time these organizations had teamed up for a performance in either institution’s existence.
