Innovative Readiness Training Kodiak Care - 21

ABOUT 

The United States Department of Defense Arctic Care Innovative Readiness Training (IRT) Program in partnership, with the Kodiak Area Native Association, will present “Arctic Care 2021”, a no-cost medical, dental, optometry and veterinary services program to the communities on Kodiak Island from May 5-13, 2021.  Arctic Care provides training opportunities to military units while providing incidental benefit to communities via no-cost healthcare.  The healthcare services will be tailored to the individual needs of each rural community.

Serving Country and Community: Marines take part in annual “Boo at the Zoo” fundraiser
NEW ORLEANS – Thousands of costumed children and their parents attended the Children’s Hospital New Orleans’ annual fundraiser, Boo at the Zoo, Oct. 19, 2013. The event is held for two weekends in October every year at the Audubon Zoo. All proceeds help fund the Children’s Hospital, New Orleans. (U.S Marine Corps photo by Lance Cpl. Tiffany Edwards)
