Innovative Readiness Training Kodiak Care - 21

ABOUT 

The United States Department of Defense Arctic Care Innovative Readiness Training (IRT) Program in partnership, with the Kodiak Area Native Association, will present “Arctic Care 2021”, a no-cost medical, dental, optometry and veterinary services program to the communities on Kodiak Island from May 5-13, 2021.  Arctic Care provides training opportunities to military units while providing incidental benefit to communities via no-cost healthcare.  The healthcare services will be tailored to the individual needs of each rural community.

Marine Corps Band New Orleans plays concert for Memorial Day
Chief Warrant Officer 2 Bryan Sherlock, the band officer for Marine Corps Band New Orleans, conducts the band during a Memorial Day concert at the St. Louis Cathedral, May 25, 2014. The performance was part of a three-concert series held to remember the fallen men and women who have served in the armed forces. The band also played at the National World War II Museum and the Northshore Harbor Center in Slidell, Louisiana during, their Memorial Day concert series.
