NEW ORLEANS - Lt. Gen. Richard P. Mills, (head of table) commander of Marine Forces Reserve and Marine Forces North, attends a Matlab Hurricane Decision Simulator brief, June 11, 2015, aboard Marine Corps Support Facility New Orleans.
