Innovative Readiness Training Kodiak Care - 21

ABOUT 

The United States Department of Defense Arctic Care Innovative Readiness Training (IRT) Program in partnership, with the Kodiak Area Native Association, will present “Arctic Care 2021”, a no-cost medical, dental, optometry and veterinary services program to the communities on Kodiak Island from May 5-13, 2021.  Arctic Care provides training opportunities to military units while providing incidental benefit to communities via no-cost healthcare.  The healthcare services will be tailored to the individual needs of each rural community.

4th Marine Division Marines celebrate World War II veterans birthday
Marines of Battery Q, 5th Battalion, 14th Marine Regiment, 4th Marine Division, attended the 89th birthday celebration of Robert Moody, a World War II Marine veteran of the Pacific campaign, Dec. 19, 2015, at an assisted living center in the Denver area. Moody passed away 12 days later of lung cancer and received military funeral honors at Fort Logan National Cemetery. (Courtesy Photo)
