Innovative Readiness Training Kodiak Care - 21

ABOUT 

The United States Department of Defense Arctic Care Innovative Readiness Training (IRT) Program in partnership, with the Kodiak Area Native Association, will present “Arctic Care 2021”, a no-cost medical, dental, optometry and veterinary services program to the communities on Kodiak Island from May 5-13, 2021.  Arctic Care provides training opportunities to military units while providing incidental benefit to communities via no-cost healthcare.  The healthcare services will be tailored to the individual needs of each rural community.

Montford Point Marines listen to Col. John C. Church, Jr., of 3rd Civil Affairs Group, Force Headquarters Group, Marine Forces Reserve, Feb. 6, 2016, as he welcomes them and thanks them for their contributions to the Marine Corps. The Marines of 3rd CAG had the opportunity to listen to the stories of the Montford Point Marines and had the chance to ask them questions.
