Train like we fight: Reserve Marines and Sailors take part in simulated training
Marines and Hospital Corpsman prepare to bring a simulated casualty to the Shock Trauma Platoon for immediate medical care during Exercise Global Medic at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin, Aug. 18, 2016. The casualties were first searched for weapons and contraband before being taken in for medical care for assessment. Once the injuries were assessed, it was determined if the casualty needed to be taken in to the operating room, or if they were cleared to be sent to recovery. (U.S. Marine Corps photo by Lance Cpl.
