ABOUT 

The United States Department of Defense Arctic Care Innovative Readiness Training (IRT) Program in partnership, with the Kodiak Area Native Association, will present “Arctic Care 2021”, a no-cost medical, dental, optometry and veterinary services program to the communities on Kodiak Island from May 5-13, 2021.  Arctic Care provides training opportunities to military units while providing incidental benefit to communities via no-cost healthcare.  The healthcare services will be tailored to the individual needs of each rural community.

Marine Forces Reserve birthday ball

Pfc. Deshontae D. Bean, admin specialist, 4th Marine Logistics Group, is presented the third piece of cake as the youngest Marine present during the Marine Forces Reserve birthday ball at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome. Nov. 19, 2016. Bean enlisted in the Marine Corps in May 2016 and reported to Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego for recruit training. Each year, a ball is hosted to celebrate the birthday of the Corps and to remember Marines who have given the ultimate sacrifice.
