Innovative Readiness Training Kodiak Care - 21

ABOUT

The United States Department of Defense Arctic Care Innovative Readiness Training (IRT) Program in partnership, with the Kodiak Area Native Association, will present “Arctic Care 2021”, a no-cost medical, dental, optometry and veterinary services program to the communities on Kodiak Island from May 5-13, 2021. Arctic Care provides training opportunities to military units while providing incidental benefit to communities via no-cost healthcare. The healthcare services will be tailored to the individual needs of each rural community.

"Santa Meets Sousa" holiday concert

Maggie Windler, a singer and songwriter from Saint Louis, Mo., sings “Where are you, Christmas?” as a guest performer with Marine Corps Band New Orleans at the “Santa Meets Sousa” holiday concert at Saenger Theatre, Dec. 10, 2016. The performance was the third in the regional concert series that served to benefit the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program. Toys for Tots is a nationwide program that collects new, unwrapped toys for less-fortunate children in the community. Since its inception in 1947, Toys for Tots has distributed 512 million toys to 237 million children.
