Innovative Readiness Training Kodiak Care - 21

ABOUT 

The United States Department of Defense Arctic Care Innovative Readiness Training (IRT) Program in partnership, with the Kodiak Area Native Association, will present “Arctic Care 2021”, a no-cost medical, dental, optometry and veterinary services program to the communities on Kodiak Island from May 5-13, 2021.  Arctic Care provides training opportunities to military units while providing incidental benefit to communities via no-cost healthcare.  The healthcare services will be tailored to the individual needs of each rural community.

Cpl. Nathan Bryson poses for a photo with his girlfriend, father and grandparents after being awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Medal in Brook Park, Ohio, April 13, 2017. In 2014, Bryson and a fellow Marine helped rescue an elderly man from a burning vehicle. A Marine Corps veteran, Bryson most recently served as a motor transport operator for Headquarters and Support Battalion, School of Infantry East, Camp Lejeune, North Carolina.
